Day I'm Not Sure Anymore
Lost a few days there on my P90X but I've been sticking to my diet. Finding time to work out an hour a day is harder than I thought. I did my shoulders and arms today followed by the ab ripper workout. It was really good. I can totally tell that my triceps are going to be worthless tomorrow.
I had hardly any carbs today at all which isn't necessarily good. I had a sugar free rockstar and the meat and cheese portion of a lunchable with a string cheese for lunch. The I had fajita meat with onions, cheese and guacamole for dinner.

Day 3
OMG!!!!!! Today's workout was really really really really intense. Today was plyometrics. I was warned that I may throw up from this one and I wasn't far from it. Plyometrics is jump-training. A lot of squating and jumping in all kinds of directions. My legs feel like jello but now that my heart rate is slowing again, I already feel healthier. My lungs are taking in more air and my heart feels stronger. Not to mention, I'm sure if I keep this up, I'll have a great butt!! I'm not sure how I made it through an hour of this as I felt like I was going to die after about 20 minutes, but I did. According to the trainer, that's the toughest one, and I did it. Now I know I can handle this.
I ate well today. Still under my 20 grams of carbs each day. I had an Atkins granola bar for breakfast and a protein shake as a snack. I was so busy today at work, I couldn't get away for lunch. A friend brought me a chicken salad from Chick-fil-A around 5. I saw District 9 which made me pretty nauseous so doing this plyometrics right afterwards was probably not the best idea.

I had a sugar free Amp and a chicken salad for lunch. Dinner was a protein shake and 2 double cheeseburgers with no bun. Lots of water today.
I wasn't able to do my workout which sucked. Its not my fault, I promise. I got home and the electricity was off. Had to spend the night in a hotel and they didn't have a DVD player. I did a few ab exercises but nothing intense. I'll have to double up this weekend or something to catch up.

Day 1 - August 17, 2009
I missed breakfast this morning. For lunch, 2 double cheeseburgers from McDonald's with no bun plus a side salad with a little ranch dressing. I had 1 carb free rockstar and 1 Diet Coke at work. For dinner, a small cheap steak with a Worcestershire sauce. Drank all my water today.
I bought P90X today after work on Craig's list and I'm excited to start seeing results with that. Today was my first workout, Chest/Back. Unfortunately, I can't do any real pushups. I did the best I could and I can already feel sore in my shoulders.
My purpose
I've been doing Atkins for several months and I've lost around 30 pounds but I haven't been sticking with it for the last month or two, so my weight has stayed about the same. I'm going to start blogging about it every day to keep myself accountable. I'll list everything I eat here as well as my workouts. I'll also list triggers and mood changes that seem to affect my eating habits as well as challenges I'm facing along the way.

I'm not going to post my weight until it is something that I'm more comfortable with, but I will be posting +/- along the way.
