I missed breakfast this morning. For lunch, 2 double cheeseburgers from McDonald's with no bun plus a side salad with a little ranch dressing. I had 1 carb free rockstar and 1 Diet Coke at work. For dinner, a small cheap steak with a Worcestershire sauce. Drank all my water today.
I bought P90X today after work on Craig's list and I'm excited to start seeing results with that. Today was my first workout, Chest/Back. Unfortunately, I can't do any real pushups. I did the best I could and I can already feel sore in my shoulders.
