I had a sugar free Amp and a chicken salad for lunch. Dinner was a protein shake and 2 double cheeseburgers with no bun. Lots of water today.
I wasn't able to do my workout which sucked. Its not my fault, I promise. I got home and the electricity was off. Had to spend the night in a hotel and they didn't have a DVD player. I did a few ab exercises but nothing intense. I'll have to double up this weekend or something to catch up.

I hate when something beyond my control helps me to fail. I can fail perfectly fine on my own. Glad to see it didn't discourage you. I couldn't do the treadmill this am either due to power failure.
